SERMON OF THE WEEK

Sermon of the Week offers diverse theological views from a variety of Christian denominations.  Although just barely touching the surface, every effort is made to invite/select sermons that reflect this interdenominational base. 

Running 1,699 pages, of the World Christian Encyclopedia, published by Oxford University Press, the 2001 edition which took a decade to compile, identifies 10,000 distinct religions, of which 150 have 1 million or more followers.  Within Christianity, 33,820 denominations have been counted.

We are now forming an interdenominal group of distinguished clergy who will be the major contributors of sermons to CHURCH PowerPoint.   See the Sermon Resource Group  for more information.
