To copy images to PowerPoint:

Save to file:
1.  Place curson on image.  Right click.
2.  Place curson on Save As.  Left click.
3.  Left click Save. 
4.  Select File or start a new file.
5.  Open PowerPoint.  Place cursor on blank slide.
6.  Open Insert.  Select file where image is stored.
7.  Left click image, insert at bottom of page.
8.  Adjust size to fit slide.

Copy and Paste......Much easier:
1.  Place cursor on image.  Right click.
2.  Click on copy.
3.  Open PowerPoint.
4.  Place cursor on blank slide.
5.  Right click paste.
6.  Adjust size to fit slide.
